I love eating leftovers, but I always try to incorporate fresh veggies. I’ve been eating a variation of this same meal every other day for about a month now. It just gets better and better!!
Daweezy, her mom and I went to Olive Garden a month or so ago, and I had the most AH-MAZINGGG chicken!! Seriously, if you’re going to Olive Garden any time soon, order the Garlic Rosemary Chicken! So I, of course, had to look for a copy cat recipe!
Friday Night = Pizza Night. No ifs, ands, or buts about it!
Sometimes we order delivery, sometimes we make it from scratch and every once in awhile I’ll sneak in a new recipe. The latest was this Puffed Up Pizza Casserole, or “Upside Down Pizza” to Bebo. As Hubban and I try to kick off 2015 with eating better and losing some weight, we’re trying to add some fish to our weekly diet. And, guess what, I hate fish! I eat it anyways because all of the great stuff it has in it. That being said, I look for new fish recipes each week to try to make the fish more bearable and less FISHY.
