Daweezy’s Bachelorette Weekend [the Beginning]

Per her request, she wanted to know NOTHING. Puffed Up Pizza Casserole

Friday Night = Pizza Night. No ifs, ands, or buts about it! 

Sometimes we order delivery, sometimes we make it from scratch and every once in awhile I’ll sneak in a new recipe. The latest was this Puffed Up Pizza Casserole, or “Upside Down Pizza” to Bebo. The boys all loved it! I logged it in MyFitness Pal as 8 servings and each piece ended up just over 500 calories. Continue reading

Crockpot Beer Chicken


I recently tried out this Beer Crockpot Chicken… I will admit I was hesitant at first, I’m not a beer drinker so I was unsure on how that would turn out for DINNER. Let me just say, it was GOOD!! I served it over white rice with a side of carrots, ending up just under 400 calories. Somehow the chicken/rice mix reminded me of chicken and dumplings! (Minus the crazy high calories of gravy and dumplings and the MESS of making the dumplings).
